Winston Latchman 71, of Pembroke Pines passed away Saturday December 30, 2017 in Hollywood, Florida. Born January 7, 1946 in Trinidad, West Indies.Beloved partner of Germanee Rampersad. Beloved father of Sally Samaroo "Dave," Brent, Marilyn Latchman and Kaleena Cemeron "Terence." Cherished grandfather to 5 Grandchildren and Great Grandfather to 1 Great Grandchild. Brother to Rudolph Mentor and Peter Mentor. Winston moved to South Florida in 1987 from Queens Village, New York. He worked in construction welding. He was known to be a neat freak. In repose Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M..Chapel service Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Joseph A. Scarano Stilring Memorial Chapel.
