Patrick Jeremy 44 of Pembroke Pines, Patrick, loving son and brother, you will be missed dearly. You filled our hearts with laughter and joy. We will miss you but we know we will be reunited with you in Heaven when our time too comes. Thank you for being a great son and brother. You are also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and will live on in the hearts of many friends. Everyone that came in contact with you left a better human. You were adored by so many Pat.
