Carmen M. 74 of Hollywood, Florida passed away on April 5, 2018. Born July 19, 1943 in Manati, Puerto Rico to her loving parents Gloria and Miguel Fernandez. Beloved wife to Armando Duran. Loving mother to Late Joaquin Ruiz, Iris M. Ruiz Miller, Edgardo Ruiz, Luis Angel Ruiz and Joanny Alvarado. Cherished Grandmother to numerous Granchildren and Great Grandmother. Sister to Mercedes Fernandez and Nilda Fernandez. No services are planned/Cremation. Arrangements by Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel 9000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
