Franck J. Andre born on March 8, 2017 in Port Au Prince, Haiti, passed away on February 28, 2017. Loving father of Nicole Armand, the late Guy Andre. Beloved grandfather of Pascale Armand, Guy Alan Andre, Kharim Lafalaise, Nathalie Excellent, Patrice Andre, Vanessa Jackson, Sebastien Andre. Franck moved to Florida 2 years ago from Brooklyn, New York (Crown Heights). He was a devoted Catholic and attended New Life Assembly of God Church in Pembroke Pines. Service will take place on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. at Joseph A. Scarano Presidential Circle Memorial Chapel, 4351 Hollywood Boulevard, Florida 33021 and Chapel Service will start at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow.
