SHORT,
Milton Joseph "Milt" 68 from Pembroke Pines, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017 while on vacation in Singapore. Born in Panama. Beloved husband of Cynthia K. Short. Devoted father of Melissa Cochran and Mindy Jacoby. Cherished Grandfather to Mason, Matt, Mitchell, Max, Cayley, Jenna and Lyla. Dearest brother of Norman Short.
He was a resident of South Florida for 50 years formally of Panama. He retired as a Sergeant from Miami Dade Police Department, where he worked for over 25 years.
Vistation will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 1-5 P.M.United States Marine Honor Guard service will be at 3:15 P.M. following a Chapel Service at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements by Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel, 9000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
