Obituary of Christine P. Armstrong

Christine Bucci Armstrong (Pembroke Pines, Florida) February 13, 1936 – June 25, 2025 Christine was the loving wife of James Armstrong and devoted mother to daughter Lesley Payne. She was born in McKee’s Rocks, PA and graduated Stowe High School. She moved to Florida in the early 1960’s and worked in the photography business for a number of years before changing paths to become an office manager of a periodontal dental office for 41 years. She retired in 2020. She loved to bowl and go dancing in her early years. She was an avid sports fan and loved to watch all sports, especially the Florida and Pittsburgh teams. After retirement she became a big tennis fan, watching every tournament. She is survived by her loving husband of (49} years James Armstrong and beloved Daughter Lesley Payne (Tony Retto) Davie, FL, and all her Nieces, Nephews and Cousins and in-laws Joyce and Pat Finn, Linda and Tony Yetto. She was preceded in death by Parents (Patsy and Adeline Bucci), Brothers (Ralph Bucci, Nick Bucci, Niece Tami Farthing and Great Nephew Nicholas Farthing. Mom, you will be missed by all of us and everyone who knew you. Celebration of Life Memorial Service Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Chapel Service 6:00 P.M. Please keep the Armstrong family in your thoughts and prayers. The Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel is Honore to assist the Armstrong family in with the arrangements.
