Donald E Fucik

A Beloved man who dedicated his life to helping others. His joy, laughter, and support will be missed, and his memory will be in our hearts forever.

Don was born on September 20, 1955, and grew up in Redford, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.

He passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Don is survived by his sister M Patricia Lannen and many family members and dear friends across the country. Don was predeceased by his brother Thomas R Fucik and parents Mary and Hubert Fucik.

Don attended Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana, graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

He moved to the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area after Law school and was a practicing Attorney there since 1986.

His Funeral Service will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10AM at Saint Benedict’s Episcopal Church located at 7801 NW 5th Street, Plantation, FL 33324.

His Internment Service will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 12:00 Noon at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens located at 2401 SW 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317.
