Hulda left us peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday February 11th, 2026. Hulda is survived by her children; Patricia, Shannon & Vincent, Grandchildren; Dominique, Danielle, Robert, Sabrina & Angela, Great Grandchildren; Mila, Kenzie, Kinley, Scotty, Robby and Lily and her siblings; Linda, Tio, Arnold and Susan. Hulda is preceded in death by her husbands Robert Stabile and Robert Amanti, her son Michael, brothers Horace and Michael, her father Joseph and Stepmother Ida.
Hulda was born in Manhattan, NY on September 5th, 1939.
While her father served in the US Army, Hulda spent time at Cardinal
Spellman Foundling Home where she was raised by who she lovingly
referred to as Aunt Hattie and Uncle Tony. She spent her teenage years
looking after her foster sister Susan, who always remained close to her.
Hulda was loved dearly by her husband Bobby. They helped often and as much as possible, especially when it came to her Step Mother and Siblings. When their first Grandchild was born, they moved the family from New York to South Florida. In the 90's Hulda and Bobby with son Vincent moved to the US Virgin Islands. They loved Island Life! They were the life of the party and always brought together the family for every milestone. She and Bobby will always be missed at every holiday and celebration.
After the death of her husband, Hulda moved back to South Florida. She finally learned how to drive a car at the age of 54. Her license was later revoked by her grandchildren in 2024.
Later in life, Hulda remarried husband Robert Amanti and though their years together were not many, Hulda loved him dearly.
Hulda enjoyed playing cards on the weekends with family and friends and
was always ready to join in for any family game night. Her Grand Children
will tell you Grandma knew how to do it all- bowling ballet figure
skating horseback riding karate . When it came to her Great
Grandkids, she was their biggest fan! Spending time cheering at softball,
jumping on the trampoline and helping out at every birthday party.
As her days faded and she grew tired, Hulda remained close to her loved ones. She will always be remembered as a vivacious spirit who loved her family fiercely.
