Nina Still Obituary

Nina Still, (nee Brown) died peacefully on February 22, 2026 in Miami, FL at the age of 76. Nina is survived by her loving and supportive husband, Clifford Still; Sons, Kenya Miller and Cliff Still, II (Jamie); Daughters, Teri Barker and Mia Osorno (Juan); Grandchildren, Teryn Barker (Daniel), Tyree Gause, Ciani Still, Clifford Still, Jalen Still, Aria Osorno, Brooklyn Still, and Amaranto Osorno; brothers, Kenneth Brown and Jerry Brown of Dayton, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Estelle Brown of Sylacauga, AL; brothers, Daniel Brown, William Brown, James Brown, and Anthony Brown, also from Dayton, OH.

Born in Sylacauga, Alabama on December 12, 1949, Nina later moved to Dayton, Ohio where she graduated from Trotwood Madison High School. She received her Associates in Liberal Arts from Sinclair Community College, and went on to finish her Bachelor of Science at Central State University. After serving in the United States Air Force, Nina relocated to Pennsauken, New Jersey with her husband, where she began working on her Masters.

She holds multiple certifications in Education and Special Education, and spent her last years teaching preschool students until she retired. Nina was a talented person who could draw. She was also an avid reader and writer, who just published her first children’s book, “The Alphabet Rap with Matt the Cat.”

Nina played a pivotal role in the lives of her husband, children, and grandchildren, and will be deeply missed by family and friends who loved her dearly.John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
