Obituary of Arristied Duffus

Arristied "Harris" Bryan Duffus was born Decemeber 19,1932 in Kingston, Jamaica. He migrated to London in 1958, then to the U.S. with his family in 1983. He was an industrious man spending his life working as a commercial and residential painter. Arristied was a loving father to six children and ten grandchildren and was adored by all of them. He was known for his sense of humor and his infectious smile. If there was one thing Harris loved, it was eating fish and looking sharp. He also enjoyed cooking; you could always depend on him for a good meal. He was always willing to lend or give the things he had to those that he loved. Harris loved his God Jehovah, always reading his Daily Scripture to start his day. Not only was he affectionate and caring, but also a loving man and an amazing father. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Arristied is survived by: His wife Juleen (Peggy) Duffus of 48 years; his daughters Cecille (Phillip), Marion, Samantha and Amanda (Doron); his sons Olu (Maria) and Oren; his grandchildren, Eric, David, Ishmael, Rennasia, Sarah, Shakquille, Raheem, Malik, Jaiden and Remy; his brother-in-law Lloyd and his sisters-in-law Sybil, Audrey, Annie, Jennifer, and Hope. He leaves behind many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and his beloved sister Kitty.
