Obituary of Andrei Visniec

An angel, by the name of Andrei Visniec, is watching upon us from Heaven. Our son Andrei, was born in 1987. From a little boy, he had the most contagious smile and a heart of gold. Growing up he was involved in music and was especially great at playing his guitar. As a guitar player, with his left hand, his pitch and his rhythm were unstoppable.

As a student, Andrei was on an honor roll and he was admitted to a magnet school, ranking top 2 in the State of PA. After high school, he graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Business and Administration. He also specialized in IT.

When it came to work, everyone Andrei worked with always had his support and he made sure everyone was always in a good mood around him no matter what the situation. He earned the nickname of the “man with a beautiful mind”.

Above all Andrei was a loving Son, Grandson, Brother, Cousin, Nephew, Uncle and Friend. He had so many dreams and so many plans for the future. He would have made these dreams come true. He was prepared to fight his disease, but never had a chance to lace up the gloves. He did not die on his terms. He did not want to leave us. He loved us. He will continue to love us. Our son, Andrei, died a man. He died with the dignity and the respect he deserved. He achieved his goal of making us proud. He achieved his goal of being proud of himself. Our lives will never be the same. He made sure of that.

“Andrei, we love you with all our heart and soul; we are profoundly proud of you; you have taught us so much with your gentle soul and beautiful mind. We look forward to seeing you again when the time comes. We will continue to be your voice, as you expected. We will continue to seek peace, as you wished. We will not let you down. It’s our turn to make you proud. Your memory will forever live on and our bond will never be broken. We love you more than life itself, watch over us until we meet again.

Rest in peace Andrei! We will never, never stop loving you.”
