Wayne Roques, 75 of Pembroke Pines passed away Tuesday June 1, 2021 in Pompano Beach, Florida. Wayne was Born June 25, 1945 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Andre Sr. and Doris Roques. He received his degree from Louisiana State University in 1968 and joined the DEA branch of the Federal government in 1969 as an agent. Before his retirement from the DEA in 1995, he worked tirelessly as a law enforcement agent and in later years as a drug prevention educator. Helping educate youth was a passion for him and he loved his work. Wayne was known for his positive spirit and his willingness to always lend a helping hand. Wayne was Beloved husband of Beatrice Roques. Loving father of Courtney (Richard) Oelberger, David (Sarah) Roques, Jonathan (Karen) Reich and Danielle (Daniel) Law. Cherished grandfather of Michael, David, Sarah, Ruby, Riley, and Abigail. Brother to Andre Roques. Funeral Mass Friday, June 4, 2021 at 12:00. Please keep the Roques family in your prayers.
