Felix 80 of Davie, Florida passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at his home. Born November 20, 1936 in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Beloved husband of Nilda J. Maldonado “Ramos” of 54 years. Devoted father of Nilda Castillo, Felix “Ivy” Ramos and Steven Ramos. Cherished Grandfather of Richard, Robert, Brandyn, Nikolas, Cody and Savannah. Dear Brother of numerous brothers and sisters. Loving Uncle to numerous nieces, nephews and a friend to many. Felix was a resident of South Florida since 1988 formerly Puerto Rico and Westchester, New York. He worked as a chef in the restaurant business in New York. He once owned his own Italian Restaurant in New York. He worked as a bus driver for The Scarsdale bus company in New York. He was a member of Auditorio de la Fe Church in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He worked for Dayton Granger in Fort Lauderdale. He loved to cook, fish, loved to plant fruits, spices and vegetables. He had a green thumb and loved his garden. He was also a fan of Nascar racing. He enjoyed the old T.V. shows- liked The Three Stooges, Jackie Gleason, All in the Family and westerns.
