Cecilia 95 of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away on September 27, 2017. Born May 4, 1922 in Colombia to her loving parents Francisco Moreno and Venancia. Devoted Mother to Dinah "Marco" Herrera, Michelle Herrera, Andrea Herrera, Monica Herrera and Daniel Herrera. Grandmother to Isabella, Luna, Juliana and Bruno. Cecilia came to South Florida from Colombia in 2000.In Funeral Mass will be on Friday, September 29. 2017 at 10:30 A.M.
