Born October 23, 1923 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to her loving parents Concepcion Velilla and Tomas Rosa.Beloved mother to Zoraida Del Rio. Grandmother to Ernesto Luis Maldonado and Maria Soledad Maldonado. Great Grandmother to Nadia Maldonado and Gabriel Ernesto Maldonado. Cherished Grandson In Law Ivan Berrios and Granddaughter In Law Lourdes Duarte. Visitation will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 13 and 14, 2018 from 1:00 to 7:00 P.M.in Joseph A.
