Born August 20, 1924 in Comiso, Sicily Italy to his loving parents Angela Burrometo and Giovanni Schembari.Beloved husband of Rosaria. Cherished father of Angela, John, Benjamin "Mary" and Nelson "Nancy. Grandfather to Mark A.,Lisa, Nelson, Nanette, Julian, Janella and Natalie. Salvatore was 1 of 8 brothers and sisters. Brother of  Giovanna Schembari, Concetta, Stella and Biagina. Pre Deceased brother Antonio and sister Pina (twins). Uncle to Giovanni Schembari and Rosalba Kahn. Numerous Neices and Nephews. In Repose Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 9:30 A.M. to 2:15 P.M. Chapel Service at 12:45 P.M. following burial at Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Arrangments by Joseph A.
