Lillian Elizabeth Rumph Woodall
Mrs. Lillian Woodall, 95, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2016, in Augusta, GA, surrounded by her much-loved family.
Lillian was born in Charleston, SC on December 5, 1920, to the late Ada Victoria Seigler Rumph and Augustus Eden Rumph. She is preceded in death by her beloved and cherished husband of 65 years, C.B. (Woody) Woodall, Jr. During their lifetime, they lived in Miami, FL; Franklin, NC; Ocala, FL and Pembroke Pines, FL.
Lillian leaves behind to cherish her memories one younger sister (Carolyn Koopman); four children: John (Linda) Woodall, Cullie (Sandy) Woodall, Robin (Carter) Morgan, Lisa (Ron) Smith; nine grand-children: Renee (Stephen) Tompkins, Micah (Jennifer) Smith, Sara (Matt) Liebelt, Ryan (Darla) Woodall, Jordan (Sophia) Smith, Regan (Norma) Woodall, Ashton Morgan, Austin Smith & David Woodall; nine great grand-children, and numerous nieces & nephews.
We take great comfort in knowing that Lillian is with her Lord & Savior and is finally reunited with her best friend and love of her life, her husband C.B. (Woody) Woodall, Jr. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Silver Linings, The Place at Martinez and to all of the caregivers that so lovingly cared for Lillian during her final years.
Joseph A. Scarano Funeral Home located in Pembroke Pines, FL is in charge of the funeral arrangements. A private grave-side service is planned for Lillian s family to celebrate her home-going.
