Karen Sue 59 of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away July 31, 2018. Born March 29, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio to her loving parents Geraldine Ostand and Lee H. Dreyfoos. Beloved wife to Calvin M. Levy. Loving mother to Sarah "Shane" Flavien. Cherished grandmother to Max Levy, Carter Flavien and Gavin Flavien. Step mother to Benjamin Levy. Sister to David Dreyfoos.Godmother to Matthew Morris. Cousin to Terri-Lynn Acosta "Dwight" Acosta. Sister In Law to Madelon Rosenberg. Karen came to South Florida from Cincinnati, Ohio in 1982 and she worked in the medical field.
