My deepest heartfelt condolences! I remember as though it was yesterday that Kenny always had a smile. The other thing I remember about Kenny is that his Dad was a barber on 7th Avenue.

You took me on my first car ride in a VW Beetle, you took me on my first hunting trip. You kept in touch while you were in the USAF stationed in Alaska. Oh the many good times and great memories. What can I say about my awesome friend when I still find this so difficult like a BAD DREAM that he can't really be gone. But in reality he is, and God took Kenny home too soon. He was everyone's kind, thoughtful, caring and most giving friend who always had a smile on his face.
I've known Kenny and the Todero's since we were children. Our families knew each other over 68 years. I am so greatful and blessed to have known Kenny and just these past few months we seemed to talk more and he would stop by the office. He invited me to the Elks club a few years ago with other family and friends and always made sure we were taken care of and having a good time. Kenny knew so many people and I can see why....he was a super guy. I love and will miss you always Kenny.

My dear friend I am heartbroken you have been my best friend since we met when I was 3 years old that was 65 years ago.We both had gone to St James catholic school in North MIami. Both are families have been close all these years and when my Father passed away 3 and half years ago you were always there for me calling all the time to see how I was doing. This is so hard for me it's like a bad nightmare that won't go away. I'll always remember when your Mom would make those honey balls around the holidays for my family you would always be willing to bring them by my office or to my Moms house you were always doing kind things like that you were so generous with your time helping and being there for everyone.You and MIchelle had put on a beautiful surprise birthday for your Moms 90th just 6 weeks ago I had called the next day to let you know we had a wonderful time.This is unbelievable I keep saying I can't believe it over and over I need to go now this is so hard for me please rest my friend until will meet again love you Kenny.

Kenny it was a privilege to have met you. You certainly made an impression in my life and our entire group. You were so caring loving and made our group so much fun. We had a great time together and that is something I will always be grateful for. You would say I wouldn't give this up for nothing. Me too Kenny we tried to make Broward great again. THE AIKENS FAMILY
We 1st meet Ken 15yrs ago from a mutual friend at our church. Our relationship with Ken was a very special one it had its ups and downs but Ken was the greatest friend in 2005 we set up Ken with a blind date with my mother in law who had just recently been divorced. And from there we became very close a 2nd family with Ken.
Ken was always there for my two boys which where 2-4 at that time. He was so thoughtful and considerate to us that was just Ken. When my family went through very difficult times. Ken was always there for us. We made some bad decision together throughout the years but our strong friendship and his love for my family over came all the obstacles that ruin most families money.
Ken was that kind of person always thinking of others and making sure everyone was ok. When I was sick he was there. When My wife was diagnosed with Lupus last year Ken was the 1st to show up there.
Last year during Hurricane Irma we were stranded with no water or electricity for over 12 days. Ken was so worried about my family's safety he brought us over food and water daily. And when Ken would meet a new woman in his life he was dating he would also bring her to us to get our opinion on her, and during this terrible experience with Irma We got to meet Ken's True Love... Kathy Martin who also like Ken is such a true loving caring spirit in heart.
Ken would come over time after time just to tell us about her and that he finally was off the dating market, and just so happy with this woman. We knew Kathy was the one for Ken and we are so happy for them because both Ken and Kathy are unique individuals made of the same cloth.
Ken was welcome 24/7 at our home, and he would come by at the most unusually times to talk to us. He Loved his family so much both myself and wife come from loving Italian catholic family's from Boston. Ken loved his Mom so much to give up everything to just be with her and watch over her that was him, and what he wanted to make sure his mom was comfortable, had something to eat, take her to the doctors, and bring her to church every sunday.
We use to sit and talk all night about Ken's family his 2 Kids Jessica and John, and how much both had gone through and now how successful they have become in life. As recently as June or July he was telling us how dam proud he is of them and how they preserved.
He was such an awesome person and when the news hit us about Ken's death we were devastated and still are in shock. Ken even in his death bed called my wife to see how she was after suffering her 2nd stoke in 6 months. I had no idea but Ken was this sick even on his last hours days in this world how he was thinking about her. I'm so upset that we did not get a chance to say good bye to Ken. I called him and texted him to see how he was and just no response. Which i knew something was wrong but it was to late.
We know God has a very special place for you Ken you earned it and deserve the best. he was like my Brother and Father in one body. Ken, we will miss your voice and your story's
I Hope your family understand how much you meant to our family. These last 15 years here in Florida would and could not even be the same without you in our family lives...

The first time I knew of Kenny Todero was in grade school at Saint James Elementary School. I’ll never forget his sister, Michele, showing me a picture of Kenny in his Air Force uniform. She told me how much she missed him and couldn’t wait until he came back home. I met Kenny a few years later, when I spent many wonderful times, as a teenager, at the Todero home in North Miami. He teased me a fair amount of times, as he would his sister, always followed with his unforgettable laugh. We have known each other all these years, seen our kids grow up and continued to share many wonderful times at his parents and at Michele’s homes through the years. It won’t be the same without Kenny. He was a wonderful father to his children and a devoted son to his wonderful mother, who is very special to us. Rest In Peace Kenny. We will never forget you.

I was very saddened to hear of Ken’s passing. I am a grade school/high school friend, but haven’t seen Ken in many years. The time did not change my memories of him, always a smile on his face. My sympathy to his family. Rest In Peace my friend and know you are loved and will be missed.
