Charles 95 of Sunrise, Florida passed away September 19, 2018. Born April 19, 1923 in Havana, Cuba to his loving parents the late Maria Tijera Rodriguez and  the late Santiago Silvio Rodriguez. Beloved husband of the late Gladys Perez Rodriguez. Devoted father of Elizabeth "John" Flanagan.Cherished grandfather of Clifford Branciforte and Wendy Branciforte. Great Grandfather of Taylor Branciforte and Liam Branciforte. Visitation will be Monday, September 24, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Burial and Military Honors  12:45 P.M. at South Florida VA National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida. Arrangements by Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel 9000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
