Sheila Eunice 76 of Hallandale Beach, Florida passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018. Born March 7, 1942 in Ogdensburg, New York. Loving daughter of the late Virginia Seymour Chamberlain and the late Leo Chamberlain. Dearest sister of June Marie Chamberlain, Marjorie Conklin, Walter, James and Joseph Chamberlain. Beloved wife of the late Hugh Starling. Devoted mother of Jeffrey LoCicero "Michele" LoCicero, Matthew LoCicero, Delia LoCicero and William LoCicero.
