Born in NJ, Jean married her High School sweetheart in the spring of 1950 and welcomed a son later that year. The family migrated to S. A true matriarch of her family, Jean, after being a stay at-home Mom until her youngest was in school, with only a high school education, rose to the Vice Presidency in one of the local banks. When new technology finally thwarted her she was able to retire and induldge in her first love of the arts, painting and dressing life like porcelain dollas with intricate costumes and hand painted features. She held a "Black Belt" in bargain shopping and was the "Queen of Christmas" with her vast collection of decorations. Her love of pets , especially Yorkies, led to a giant collection of everything Yorkie. Survived by her husband Norm, Jr., and her children, Norm III, Alias Stormy (Pam) Wescoat, Cathy (Will) Dubisky, and Karen (Michael) Ryan. Grandchildren Carolina Wescoat, Shawn (Kristy) Dubisky, Daniel Dubisky, Michael (Nicole) Ryan, Michelle (Cesar) Cerda, Kris Ryan, and Jason (KaTrina) Ryan. and nine beloved great grandchildren.
