Obituary of Marianne C. Greco

Marianne C. Greco, 95, of Cooper City, Florida, passed away on August 19, 2019. Marianne was born in Oyster Bay, New York and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, in Cooper City.

Visitation will be held at Joseph A. Scarano, Pines Memorial Chapel 9000 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL on Friday September 6th from 6 – 9 pm.

Funeral service will be held at St. Maximillian Kolbe, Saturday, September 7 at 10:30 A.M.. Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven North Lauderdale.

Marianne C. Greco was born in Oyster Bay, New York to Lucy and John Cataliotti on July 23, 1924. She earned an associate degree and worked as a Representative for AT&T. Her passion was her grandchildren, family and helping those in need. She volunteered with numerous organizations.

Marianne is survived by her sisters Nina Sessions of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Camille Accardi and her husband Jerry Accardi of Holtsville, New Yourk; Joan Demeo, and her husband Al DeMeo of Knoxville, Tennesse and Her sons Thomas L Greco, Jr. and his wife Robin Greco; James J Greco and his wife Robyn Greco; her Grandchildren: Lisa Greco, Kristi Greco, Kassandra Greco, Christopher Greco and Adam Greco. She is preceded by in death by her husband, Thomas L. Greco Sr. ; her two sisters Jean Dwinell and Lucille Biehl.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Vivieth Lorena Fredricksbrown and Daysi Humphreys for the great care and immense love they showed Marianne for the past 5-years. We would like to also thank Vitas for their excellent care given to Marianne the last week of her life.
