Obituary of Carlos Mario Munera

Carlos Mario Munera, 66 was promoted to heaven on Thursday November 14, 2019 in Hialeah, Fl. He was born in Medellin, Colombia on December 13, 1952. 

Carlos is survived by his cherished wife of over 35 years, Olga L. Munera, his adored children Steven Munera and Jessica Ruiz, also his very loved and anticipated first grandson Jordan Emmanuel. 

To know Carlos (our father) is to love him. He had a way to connect to everyone, and was the best story teller and advice-giver. His charisma and humor were only a few of his many amazing qualities he was known for. He was the most hardworking man we knew, having started working since moving to the US in his early 20's to beyond his retirement years. 

Aside from his passion for his family and work in the automotive industry, our father loved fishing and went every opportunity he had. Every weekend if weather permitted. He passed this passion onto his son, and together they shared so many special moments doing this. 

Although our father is now resting in the heavens alongside his parents and brother, he will be greatly missed by the many, many lives he touched. He will live in our hearts every single day. Until we meet again Papi, mi viejo. We love you so much.
