Scarano Stirling Memorial Chapel -6970 Stirling Road, Davie, Florida 33024. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Survivors include her loving mother Beth Arrow, her brother Robert Arrow, Adopted father Seth Arrow.Our thoughts and prayers goes out to the family.
