Colin Ray 23 departed this Life February 6, 2020. In Repose Friday, February 21, 2020 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel-9000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Metropolitan Baptist Church-7200 Davie Road Extension, Hollywood, Florida 33024. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North Cemetery. Our thoughts and prayers goes out to the family.
Colin Ray Wright Jr., best known as CJ, has suddenly passed away at the young age of 23 on February 6th 2020 at his home in Miramar. CJ was born on 16th August 1996 at Memorial Regional Hospital , where he grew up locally in the Miramar/Pembroke Pines area. He attented Pre School thru early Elementary, when he was relocated with his mom to Winter Haven Central Florida and continued his schooling up to Senior High. He soon after immigrated to the United Kingdom with his mother where he enjoyed working in merchandising and warehousing which gave him his well sorted independence. He aspired to eventually get his certification in Auto Mechanic and moonlight as a chef as he was quite passionate about cooking. He is survived by his Mother Karen, Father's Colin Sr. and Toriano, Siblings, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends. As we lay our lovely CJ to rest, let us remember his love for adventure and his incredible ability to have a laugh no matter what the circumstance. He will always remain in our hearts. CJ's family and friends will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Friday February 21st 2020 at the Joseph A Scarano Funeral Home: 9000 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, (954) 438-8222. Visitation will continue from 09:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m on Saturday February 22, 2020 and funeral service will follow at 10:00 at the Metropolitan Baptist Church: 7200 Davie Road Ext, Hollywood, FL 33024. Interment at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Gardens North: 3001 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33024, 954-989-1550. As expressions of sympathy, an offering contribution will be greatly appreciated in Colin's name as a donation to the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
