She was daughter of the late David and Rose Price of Selma, North Carolina. She worked as gate agent at Miami Intl Airport with American Airlines for 20+ years. Deborah and Randy Millard from Raleigh, NC, were married for 27 years and called Pembroke Pines, Florida home for 21 years. She has surviving sisters; Kathy Price Parrish and Donna Price Walters in North Carolina, and many nephews and nieces she adored and cherished. She was preceded in death by her sister Diane Price Wessel. Deborah outgoing spirit will be missed by everyone that knew her. Celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date.
