GARCIA Argelia Garcia 95 of Homestead, Florida passed away January 18, 2017 in Homestead, Florida. Born to her loving parents MIguel Ares and Manuela Polo Ares December 14, 1921 in Matanzas, Cuba. Beloved wife of the late Raimundo Garcia of 65 years married in 1948 at Igesia De Monserrate in Havana, Cuba. Devoted and loving Mother of Cristina Garcia and Raimundo " Michealee"Garcia. Cherished Grandmother of Alexandra, Danielle and Melissa and loving Great- Grandmother of Tristan Mc Connell, Christopher Mc Connell and Clare Criscuolo. Dearest Sister of her late Brothers and Sisters, Tomas, Orlando,Miguel,Bertha, Onelia and Fefa. Her whole family was her world. She prayed numerous rosaries every day for her family and the world. She was so proud to become an American citizen. She loved this country and worried about the politics She came to Florida in 1961 from Cuba.and worked as a school teacher. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Tuesday January 24, 2017 at St. Mark Catholic Church, 5601 South Flamingo Road, Southwest Ranches Fl. 33330. Private Cremation.
