Obituary of Junie Scott

SCOTT Junie Nicolas 85 of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away January 20, 2017 in Sunrise, Florida. Born June 27, l931 in Colon, Panama to his loving parents Dennis Mc Nicol Thompson and Clara Scott. Thompson He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years Edith Plato Scott. They married at the Wesley Methodist Church in Panama. His loving children Dalys Yvette Macon, "Derrick" Macon Luis Omar Scott and "Bethania Scott. 6 cherished grandchildren Olyria Scott, Dominick Macon, Marbely Vanegas, Darius Macon, Maribeth Vanegas and Lydia Scott. His dearest brothers Roy Thompson, Euhart and sisters Dorothy Scott, Angie, Alice, Mavis and Carol and his special friend Alex Hudson. He was an avid golfer - Tiger Woods and Boxing Fan of The Greatest Muhamad Ali. Visitation will take place Saturday January 28, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Plantation Baptist Church located at 1170 NW 28th Court, Plantation, Florida 33323 where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM . Interment will follow at Fairway Memorial Gardens located at 1391 NW 45th Street, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33064. A repast will follow the interment at the Plantation Baptist Church.
