Please share a memory of Isauro to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Isauro Q. Fernandez, age 61, sadly passed away on Monday September 13th, 2021 at approximately 4:15PM. Isauro, also known as “Jhune” or “Ojhune” to many, was originally born in the Philippines. He is one of six siblings. He migrated to the States to live the American dream in 1993. He is survived by his four children: Emmanuel, Isaiah, Melody and Isauro III. He is also survived by his long-time partner Christina, and his siblings, Imelda and Ildefonso. Not only was Jhune a father to his own children, but he also helped raise his sister Imelda’s children, Mariemel and Melvin. Jhune was so loved by many. He touched the lives of all those he encountered. Jhune had a great sense of humor and could make a joke out of anything. He was able to light up a room when he walked in and was always the life of the party. Unfortunately, in 2014, Jhune was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. Since then, he had to undergo dialysis treatments three times a week. Even though he wasn’t in the healthiest of conditions, Jhune was still able to make those around him laugh uncontrollably. Jhune was in and out of the hospital this year and was ultimately taken away due to the complications of his disease. But even during his final days of life, he was still able to make his doctors, nurses, and family laugh. Jhune left an impact on all of the lives he touched with his charisma, his laughter, and his generosity. Though he is gone from this earth, his memory lives on in those who were blessed to know him.
