Learning of this sad news truly crushed me. Pat is a truly amazing person with the biggest heart. I will always cherish our talks and heart to hearts. Thank you for allowing me to experience your FRIST heat game with you. The moment I found out you had never been to a game - I knew I had to do something. My sincere condolences I am sadden by this news. Pat was an intelligent, honest phenomenal human being with a heart of gold with an amazing personality. She told great stories at lunch time and shared her Medicare knowledge with all. Heaven has truly gained an angel. She will be missed immensely.

Pat- Where do I even begin? Working with you these last 12 months have been the absolute BEST. One of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever worked for. Very "no nonsense" but under that "tough" exterior you had a HEART OF GOLD. I will cherish our long teams conversations and you checking on me and making sure I took care of certain things. What I hate most is that I didn't get to chat with you before we logged off last week. You weren't just a manager, you cared about your team and that is not easy to come by. Work has been gloomy this week, but knowing you, you're up there saying "Move on, I'm fine!!" I hope whoever replaces you at CNC realizes what BIG shoes they have to fill. Job well done my dearest Pat, get your rest. We will miss you immensely!! Thank you for everything, Christopher Brown
