Nanny was amazing. She was loving, funny, caring and I wouldn't be who I am without her. She made me feel safe and loved through out my life. We cooked, danced, sang, shopped and watched lifetime shows with ice cream and pretzels. Nanny taught me so much, to cook, to be a woman, to laugh and god knows what else. She helped me with my daughter Aurora, and we would cook for her, nan would read to her, we would sing, and it was a small trio of love when we would come to visit. Above all, she always cared for my happiness, just wanting me to be happy and loved in life. I wish she could have lived forever in perfect health, and been a lifelong friend. I will miss her, as I have already through the past year's dementia battle. I love you Nanny, with all my heart. Thank you for everything. Visit me anytime <3 Dana
