Obituary of Rosario Zornosa

Rosario Zornosa, age 89, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on April 21, 2023. Rosario was born in Bogota, Colombia to parents Efren and Margarita. She is survived by her children Claudia (Howard), Ximena (Rob), and Rafael (Beatriz); grandchildren Oscar, Andres, Francisco, Rebekah, and Daniel; great-grandchild Rylee; as well as her sister Soledad. Her beloved husband Rafael and son Diego preceded her in death. The funeral service will be held at Saint John XXIII Catholic Church in Miramar, Florida on April 26, 2023, at 12:30 P.M. with Reverend Ernest Biriruka officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery in Doral, Florida at 2:30 P.M. Visitation will be held at Joseph A. Scarano Funeral Home in Pembroke Pines on April 26, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. until noon. Memorial donations may be made to Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative, 155 Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA 19103.
