Passed away on SEPTEMBER 16, 2023 IN PEMBROKE PINES FLORIDA
Funeral service will be held at SAINT BONIFACE CATHOLIC CHURCH at 8330 Johnson St.
Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 at 9:00 AM. Followed by visitation at SCARANO FUNERAL HOMES. at
9000 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 from 11:00 AM. to 4:00 PM.
GLADYS BETANCUR DE GUZMAN was born in MEDELLIN, COLOMBIA to MERCEDES BETANCUR
On MAY 14, 1931. She was a loving wife, loving mother but most importantly, a
SUPER Grandmother known by everyone, as MAMITA.
Gladys is survived by her Daughter LUZ E. FOURNIER, Son WILLIAM A. GUZMAN, and
Daughter GLORIA E. SERRANO, Son in law’s; ROBERTO SERRANO, JOSE FOURNIER, and
BELLAYRE MEDINA, Grandson’s: JANMICHAEL SERRANO, JUAN CAMILO GUZMAN,
Granddaughter’s; JOHANA A. GUZMAN, CAROLINA GUZMAN and JALITZA SERRANO.
Great-grandson EMANUEL GALLEGO and Great-granddaughter ISABEL RODRIGUEZ.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life Husband, JOSE CALIXTO GUZMAN.
