Obituary of Alexandra Sedeno

Please share a memory of Alexandra to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Our beloved Alexandra Sedeño transitioned on December 9, 2023, at the tender age of 44 in her home in Dania Beach, FL after an 8-month battle with endometrial cancer. She fought bravely and lovingly for as long as she could. She leaves behind her loving husband Scott Gaul, her 6-year-old daughter Aria, her parents Elizabeth Teza Grecchi, Anthony Sedeño, and Sergio Campos, and her siblings Anthony Jr., Nina Marie, and Vinny, her abuela Ita, uncle Luis, aunts Liz, Angie, Rosely and Laura, uncle Luis M., cousins, and her nephew Kaleb. She is predeceased by her uncle Walter. She was born in Chicago on August 14, 1979, and was the first-born granddaughter and niece in the United States for our families. She lived in Chicago, Guatemala, Sao Paulo, Brazil and made her home in Florida. Alex surrounded herself with a circle of good, close friends many of whom she kept for decades. She loved the beach, music, her beloved fur babies, and Halloween. She is beloved by family, friends, and co-workers and will be remembered for her smile, good nature, love of life and nature, and love for others. A celebration of life will be announced. Donations may be made to her GoFundMe page: https://www.gofundme.com/f/alexandra-sedenos-stage-4-cancer-journey (open a separate browser, cut and paste link) Her family is grateful to all who will forever love her and have shared their expressions of love during this difficult time. It is said that life is not measured by the number of breaths taken but by the number of breath-taking moments. We are grateful that Alex created a life full of breath-taking moments, that she was loved deeply, and that she leaves this legacy for her daughter. Please keep the Sedeno family in your thoughts and prayers. The Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel is Honored to assist the Sedeno family with the arrangements.
