Please share a memory of Robert to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sorrow that the family of Robert A. Frank, 78, announce his peaceful passing on March 3, 2024. Robert was born on June 8, 1945, in New Castle, PA to Harrison and Eleanor (Perrino) Frank. He is survived by one brother, William R. Frank (Kathleen); two daughters, Lori Dilican (Denniz) and Nicole Futernick (Lee); six grandchildren, Ellene, Evan, Emily, Taylor, Molly, and Ryan; a former wife, Louise Zokle Frank; and several nieces and nephews. After attending New Castle High School, Robert honorably served his country as a US Marine. He later founded two successful companies, Croton Archery and Lornic Corporation. One of his proudest accomplishments was purchasing the Johnson Bronze, where many of his family members worked when they arrived in America from Italy. Robert was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping in the mountains. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Alicia Marie Frank. Robert will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His laughter, wisdom, and kindness will echo in the hearts of his loved ones for years to come. Though he may have left this world, his spirit will forever live on. Visitation will be from 09:30-11:30 Thursday, March 7 at Joseph A. Scarano, 9000 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL, followed by a mass at noon at St Bonaventure Church, 1301 SW 136th Avenue, Davie, FL. A burial will take place on a later date in Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Hospice, 14875 NW 77th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
