Obituary of John D. Wright

John (Johnny”) Daun Wright, age 77, of Ocala, FL passed away on July 3rd, 2024. Johnny was born in Kingston, Jamaica and is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Kerry-Rose, his children Kim, Kirk (Kathleen), Kris (Karen) Mark (Peta-Gay), siblings Tony, Barbara (Robin), Douglas (Tatiana), Maurice (Nancy), Paul (Marlene), Sidney (Val), and Elaine (Gregory). Johnny was a loving grandfather to Marion, Whitney, Alicia, Adrian, Logan Jordi, Amelia, Jude, Joshua, and Hailey and great grandfather to Deshanae, Dwayne, Diamara, Alex and Addison. Beloved nieces and nephews. Johnny loved the ocean, a good party, with food, drink, family, friends, and especially, laughter. We will celebrate his full and beautiful life on Sunday, July 14th, 2024, 3 PM ET to 5:30 P.M. at Scarano’s Memorial Chapel, 9000 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL.
