Obituary of Alberto De La Rivaherrera

Alberto Maria Rafael de la Rivaherrera, 95, of Miramar, Florida , passed away on September 29th 2024. Alberto was born in Medina de Pomar, Burgos, Spain to Alberto & Maria on 1928. He graduated with a Doctorate in Veterinary medicine for the Universidad de Zaragoza. He worked as a rural veterinarian until establishing his own practice in Madrid, Spain over a span of 40 years. He pioneered in ocular surgery and did investigation studies in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed oil painting, his true passion. He was a loving husband and father, with a great sense of humor and witt. Alberto is survived by his 4 sons and only daughter: Alberto, Ramon, Borja, Ernesto and Maria. His daughters/son in law: Norma Arleen, Venessa, Maria Cristina and Luis Felipe. His grandchildren: Patricia, Alberto, Marko, Natalia, Julieta, Martin, Sofia & Victoria. His sister, Charo Lopez de la Rivaherrera and his sister in law, Tere Escandon. He is preceded in death by his wife, Tini Escandon de la Rivaherrera. He will be greatly missed. The Joseph A.
