The Govlick Family is very devistated to hear of the Passing of Phil. We have known Phil for 30 years. She was not just our neighbor, she is a friend. Once her husband Jimmy passed she became an extended member of our family. She joined us for many Holiday meals. Her favorite recipe to make when she came over was a zucchini casserole, that we looked forward to eating (so delicious). Phil liked to go to the casino in Atlantic City to play the slots, she was also my gambling buddy. We have many wonderful memories of Phil. My Husband, Daughter and I Love and miss her so much.
