RUIZ Consuelo Ruiz 87 of Pembroke Pines, Florida born to her loving parents Govert Prender and Maria Helena Moreno Prender June 29, 1929 in Colombia. Passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. Beloved wife of the late Campos Ruiz of 55 years. Devoted mother of 7, Omar Ruiz, Leonardo "Susy" Ruiz, Fernando "Martha" Ruiz, Consuelo "Jorge" Velasco, Carlos "Lily" Ruiz, Eduardo "Maria" Ruiz and Ignacio Ruiz. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Michelle, Ariana, Jonathan, Stephen, Nicholas, Joan, Danny, Madjury, Javier, Michael, Andrea, Vanessa, Jessica and Andy. Great grandmother of Isabella, Island, Justin, Bryan, Jade, Soleil, Aiden, Mila, Max and Ian Donovan. A resident of Florida over 25 years. Formerly of Colombia. A devout Catholic attended St. Mark Catholic Church. She enjoyed praying, dancing, cooking, making pastries and arts & crafts. She loved her family very much. She was always a happy person and always a positive thinking person. Visiting hours 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 2017 with evening funeral service.
