Obituary of Mary Ellen Wheeler

WHEELER Mary Ellen Wheeler 76 of Sunrise, Florida passed away April 5, 2017. Born September 12, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York to her loving parents Ivan James Butler and Natalina Carmela Testa Butler. Devoted mother of Natalie (Christopher) King, Malilynn Kennedy and Thomas Patrick Kennedy. Loving mother in law to Sherrie Sullivan and Christine Kennedy. Cherished grandmother of the late Kelli Lynn, Jessica, Ryan and Shawn; great grandmother of Mikal, Zoey and Zachary. She was the last of 3 siblings, all predeceased. A resident of South Florida since 1969 formerly of Brooklyn, New York. She worked in the Auto Insurance Industry as a Sales Agent. She enjoyed playing bingo with her family and friends. She also loved children dearly and worked as a school crossing guard in Hollywood, Florida for 10 years. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Fireman’s Hall 310 South 62nd Avenue Hollywood, Florida 33023.
